Cancellation insurance

1. written cancellation:

By taking out cancellation insurance for CHF 23, participants can cancel their camp registration free of charge. All that is required is a written cancellation by e-mail to info@mssports.ch, which will also be confirmed in writing by MS Sports. Camp fees already paid will be refunded in full.

2. possible time period for cancelation:

Cancellation can be made up to 3 days / 72 hours before the start of the camp (usually Friday 09:30 am) without giving reasons.

3. illness, injury or accident:

Cancellations shortly before the start of the camp must be justified by illness, injury or accident. A medical certificate is required unless cancellation insurance has been taken out. In this case, the camp fee will be refunded in full.

4 Missed camp days:

If individual days at camp are missed due to illness, injury, accident or other plausible reasons, the missed camp day will be refunded on a pro rata basis, taking into account any benefits already received (such as receipt of the camp dress).

5. the cancellation insurance also applies here:

If the participant cancels later than three days / 72 hours before the camp without important reasons such as illness, injury or accident, the full camp fee will be charged as normal (e.g. soccer camp CHF 285.-). By taking out cancellation insurance, the fee is reduced to CHF 50 per participant. Rebooking to another camp in the same year is possible free of charge.

If the camp cannot be held due to official orders, force majeure, pandemics or epidemics, participants with cancellation insurance will be refunded the participation fees paid. However, the CHF 23 for the cancellation insurance is due for payment in any case.

6. no-show without deregistration:

If there is no written deregistration from the camp (e.g. if camp participation has been forgotten), the full camp fee will be charged as normal (e.g. soccer camp CHF 285.-). By taking out cancellation insurance, the fee is reduced to CHF 100 per participant.

7. additional orders:  

With the cancellation insurance, additional orders (e.g. a rain jacket for the football camp) can also be canceled free of charge if there is no longer a need for the ordered item.
