Life on the Pony Farm!

At the 38 Hauptner Pferd Reitcamps, kids can ride for four days with their peers, have fun and enjoy their vacation. Whether grooming, riding, leading or theory about horses - variety is guaranteed. Because there's more to riding than just sitting on a horse. The whole experience is just as important. And this is exactly what the children learn during these four days.

The Hauptner Pferd Reitcamps are organised by MS Sports in cooperation with several partner stables. Each riding stable designs its own individual programme tailored to the horses and children. In general, all children and teenagers born between 2009 and 2018 are welcome at the Riding Camps - however, age, time and skill differences may vary from farm to farm. You can find more information under Riding Farms. MS Sports camp leaders will be on-site on the first and last day to kick off and end the camp.

Depending on the farm, Hauptner Pferd Reitcamps are offered with or without accommodation. A detailed description of the farms with overnight camps only can be found here.

Daily Schedule

09:30 - 09:40:	Arrival and information
09:45 - 12:00:	Individual programme at the riding school
12:00 - 12:45:	Lunch
12:45 - 14:00:	Afternoon programme (games, theory, etc.)
14:00 - 15:45:	Individual programme at the stables
15:45 - 16:00:	Pick-up

Age

Please note the individual requirements of the stables (have a look at the german page)
Day camps: children born btw. 2009-2018
Overnight camps: children born btw. 2009-2016

The participating children must speak the respective language of the location in order to understand safety instructions, for example.

Camp Fee

The camp fee without overnight stay is CHF 430.-

Services

Supervision for four days between 09:30 and 16:00
A minimum one-hour riding lesson or guided ride per day (type of lesson varies according to farm)
Horses for lessons and equipment

Camps during the public holidays?

Due to the numerous public holidays in Switzerland, some of which are regulated differently by the cantons, the MS Sports Camps also take place on public holidays (e.g., August 1, Assumption Day, etc.).
